**Responsibilities**:

- Create and execute test cases, test scripts, and test scenarios based on software requirements and design specifications.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing to validate software functionality and performance.
- Document and report software defects, issues, and risks in a clear and concise manner using designated defect tracking tools.
- Collaborate with the development team to reproduce and debug reported issues, providing necessary details and logs.
- Participate in test plan and test case reviews, providing valuable feedback to improve test coverage and effectiveness.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that testing activities align with project timelines and deliverables.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to manual testing and quality assurance.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the testing process, methodologies, and tools.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and software testing principles.
- Familiarity with manual testing methodologies, techniques, and best practices.
- Proficiency in writing clear and concise test cases and test documentation.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment, as well as independently with mínimal supervision.
- Good communication skills to effectively articulate testing issues and recommendations.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of defect tracking tools and test management systems is a plus.
- Prior experience in manual testing or software quality assurance is an advantage but not mandatory.
