- BE/B.Tech in Computer Science or equivalent technical qualification.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in Software Quality Assurance with a strong focus on Manual Testing.
- Strong understanding of SDLC & STLC with experience in end-to-end QA processes including requirements analysis, test strategy creation, and UAT.
- Solid hands-on experience in test design, execution, defect tracking, and reporting.
- Good understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
- Experience in CI/CD pipelines and familiarity with tools like Jenkins, Git, or similar is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail. Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
- Take ownership of test planning, strategy, and execution for complex projects.
- Create and maintain detailed, comprehensive, and scalable test plans & cases.
- Lead automation efforts, improving existing frameworks and building reusable test suites.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and DevOps to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing for new and existing features.
- Drive continuous improvement of QA processes and suggest enhancements to improve efficiency.
- Proactively identify, document, and track bugs through resolution, ensuring thorough root cause analysis.
- Mentor and support junior QA engineers, fostering a culture of quality within the team.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging QA tools, trends, and best practices, and introduce relevant improvements.

Pay: ₹450,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
