**Role**:
We are looking for Documentation executive in Customer Service team who would be responsible for coordinating with various service providers and carriers to facilitate smooth documentation for our customers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Managing shipment documentation as per individual customers' SOPs for Air Export
- Upload and manage the Documents on Cogoport as procured from the suppliers
- Ensure data accuracy for uploaded documents, ensuring zero loss due to errors in documentation
- Follow policies, procedures, standards, and ensure compliance with transport regulations
- Review Work Instructions periodically and update as required to reflect changes and ensure compliances
- Communicate with stakeholders across functions to clarify the doubts in order to maintain documentation sanctity
- Suggest and recommend the changes needed in the product to optimize the rate management process for Air Export

**Requirements**:

- Minimum graduate/diploma in any stream
- Thorough understanding of the Air Export Process - Documents needed, Best Practices to be followed and Roles of various stakeholders involved
- High level of Proficiency with MS Excel. Able to use advanced functions and be able to work with large data sets.
- Able to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment, working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
- Multi-tasker who can work with little supervision with a high Attention to detail
- Analytical mindset and ability to work with large chunks of Data
- Having 1-3 years of experience in similar role in Air Export Logistics Management
- Above-average time management and organizational skills
- Fluent in English and Hindi is a must, to be able to communicate effectively across teams
- Above-average interpersonal skills to be able to coordinate well with various internal stakeholders
