**About the Role**:

- We are looking for someone who will act as a champion for our company growth as we build a diverse and high-performance team.

**Responsibilities**:
You would have following Roles and Responsibilities as a part of our Operations team:

- Managing shipment documentation as per individual customers' SOPs for FCL Exports
- Co-ordinating with service provider for documentation (SI filing, BL release, Vendor Payment, etc.)
- Upload and manage the Documents on Cogoport as procured from the suppliers
- Ensure data accuracy for uploaded documents, ensuring zero loss due to errors in documentation
- Follow policies, procedures, standards, and ensure compliance with transport regulations
- Review Work Instructions periodically and update as required to reflect changes and ensure compliances
- Communicate with stakeholders across functions to clarify the doubts in order to maintain documentation sanctity

**Qualifications**:
Educational Background: Any graduate degree/ post graduate degree (Diploma in Logistics or any related discipline would be an advantage)
- Work Experience: Documentation experience is preferred.
- Knowledge and certifications: Prior understanding of logistics, freight or supply chain industries and their capabilities would be an advantage.
- Excellent eye for details, process-orientation and business acumen
