**1. Administrative Support**
- Manage and maintain the calendar of CMO, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and briefing materials as required.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.

**2. Meeting Coordination and Documentation**
- Prepare agendas, take accurate and detailed notes during meetings.
- Draft high-quality minutes of meetings (MoMs), distribute MoM and action points within defined timelines.
- Track follow-up tasks from meetings and ensure timely completion by responsible teams.
- Maintain a record of key decisions and communications made during internal and external meetings.

**3. Marketing Project Support**
- Coordinate with internal marketing team for timely project execution.
- Assist in tracking progress on marketing campaigns, product launches, exhibitions and promotions.
- Ensure documentation and filing systems are maintained and easily accessible.

**4. Market and Industry Research**
- Assist with gathering competitor insights, industry trends, and market research reports relevant to marketing strategies and campaigns.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
