A process coordinator manages and improves an organization's processes and procedures. They work across departments to ensure that operations are efficient and meet the organization's goals. Responsibilities
- **Process oversight**: Ensure that processes are followed and that daily actions are in line with the documented process
- **Issue resolution**: Address issues that arise with procedures, tools, or people
- **Process improvement**: Identify areas for improvement, develop and implement initiatives, and conduct audits
- **Documentation**: Maintain detailed documentation of processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- **Reporting**: Prepare and present reports on process performance and improvements to management
- **Coordination**: Coordinate between departments, team members, and stakeholders
- **Communication**: Act as a liaison between different departments to ensure effective communication

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Rotational shift
- US shift
