**Job Description**:
**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Building industry knowledge and advising stakeholders on the implications or benefits of alternative solutions.
- Manage stakeholder’s expectations around Salesforce products.
- Create/Maintain a product roadmap that engages the stakeholder community and drive value across the company
- Gather requirements for functional & non-functional changes, liaising with the internal customers, suppliers and technical teams to make sure everyone is in the same page.
- Present back to leadership the KPIs related to your portfolio, including incident management and problem management metrics.
- Where appropriate manage small projects as ‘Business as Usual’, either with internal or external resources
- Managing and grooming the backlog of work relating to phase wise product delivery
- Review and Signoff Sprint Deliverables and ensure smooth transition to production
- Own your Products / Services throughout their lifecycle introducing new components and replacing end of life ones as appropriate
- Drive continual improvement of technology and process within the team.
- Work effectively in diverse teams within an inclusive team culture where people are recognized for their contribution

**Mandatory Skills**:

- An experienced Salesforce administrator (Internal Support: create/maintain users, fields, objects, validation rules, workflow rules, process builder, approval processes, Salesforce Reports and Dashboards, etc) who can enable the migration from legacy to Lightning.
- Experience in 2 or more Salesforce product implementations like Sales Cloud/Service Cloud/Community Cloud/Marketing Cloud
- Able to research and analyze business systems and identify areas of growth and improvement.
- Experience assisting in data cleanup and migration efforts.
- Help improve standardization and adoption of common practices
- Keeping abreast of new Salesforce features and functionality and providing recommendations for process improvements.
- A natural communicator who knows how to translate between business requests and Salesforce technical requirements.
- Eager to pick up new tools and do the necessary research to master them.
- Enjoys working in an agile team where things move quickly and priorities frequently shift.
- Very strong Excel competency.
- Strong Data Analysis Skills.
- Experience working with Marketing and Sales users and understanding of their diverse needs

**Certifications**:

- Salesforce Admin and/or Consultant certifications is mandatory
- CSPO or relevant certification
- Agile/ITIL Certifications is a plus
