Female Sales Support Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Technical Offer Preparation**: Prepare technical offers and support the sales team in presenting accurate and competitive proposals to clients.
- **Order Processing**: Manage the creation of proforma invoices, order acknowledgements, and work orders. Ensure timely processing and communication.
- **Department Coordination**: Collaborate with the Accounts, Purchase, Dispatch, and Production teams to ensure alignment and timely updates.
- **Client Communication**: Regularly update clients on order status and gather information from the Production team to share with clients.
- **Gantt Charts Preparation**: Develop Gantt charts for internal department use while releasing work orders, ensuring clarity and project timeline management.
- **Negotiation & Recovery**: Handle negotiations with customers for spares orders, transportation costs, and other small amounts. Draft outstanding payment reminder mails and assist with payment recovery efforts.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Minimum 4-5 years of experience in a sales support or back-office role. Experience in a similar industry is preferred.
- **Skills**: Strong organizational and coordination skills, with an ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- **Software Proficiency**: Ability to create Gantt charts and work with standard office software (e.g., Excel, Word).

**Preferred Skills**:

- Prior experience in sales support or back-office roles.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective client and team communication.
- Ability to negotiate with customers and handle payment follow-ups efficiently.
- A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and process improvement.

**Other Benefits**:

- We have pickup and drop facility from vasai station.
- Office timing will be 9 am to 6 pm
- As facilities will be start after one year. (i.e. Bonus, Holidays etc.)

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
