We deliver practical and engaging STEM programs to primary and secondary schools, empowering students from Grades 4 to 12 with skills in Robotics, Coding, IoT, Space Science, Drone Tech, Electronics, AI, and more. By partnering directly with schools, we provide a structured 10-month curriculum that includes expert-led sessions, interactive kits, and real-world project experiences. We aim to bridge the gap between classroom learning and 21st-century skills, fostering curiosity, creativity, and problem-solving abilities in every child. We also conduct STEM awareness workshops to promote a culture of innovation and prepare the next generation for the digital future.

Role: Junior Research Associate

Location: Puducherry, India

**Job Type**: Full-Time, On-Site

**Salary**: ₹15,000 per month

Role Description

As a Junior Research Associate, you will play a key role in developing and delivering innovative STEM content and experiences. Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting in the development of STEM curriculum

Conducting research and supporting content creation

Analyzing data and contributing to project planning

Participating in experimental setups and documenting findings

Coordinating with senior researchers and educators

Supporting the facilitation of STEM workshops and classroom sessions

Ensuring engaging, interactive, and effective learning environments for students

**Qualifications**:
Interest or experience in curriculum development and project-based learning

Strong skills in communication, organization, and documentation

Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team

Knowledge or background in Robotics, Coding, IoT, or other STEM domains is a plus

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline

Genuine passion for STEM education and mentoring young learners.

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
