  • Strategy and campaign management: Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns across various channels.
  • Market analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, analyze consumer behavior, and monitor competitor activities.

  • Content creation: Oversee the creation of marketing content, including website copy, blogs, social media posts, and email campaigns.

  • Budget management: Manage marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective use of resources to maximize ROI.

  • Team leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of junior marketing staff.
  • Collaboration: Work with sales, product, and other internal teams to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with business objectives.
  • Performance monitoring: Track, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using data and analytics.

Required skills and qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
