Initiate outbound calls to potential clients from leads provided by marketing efforts, databases, and other sources.
- Introduce the company's real estate offerings, highlighting key features and benefits.
- Listen actively to prospects' needs and preferences to understand the client’s requirements.
- Provide detailed information about available properties, including property specifications, location advantages, pricing and payment plans.
- Follow up with leads at various stages of the sales cycle to maintain engagement and interest and coordinate with team members in order to close the deal.
- Maintain an appropriate database or tracker of clients with accurate records.
- Address client concerns, objections, and questions with clear and accurate information.
- Use objection-handling techniques to turn objections into opportunities for further engagement.
- Guide prospects through the sales process, including arranging property visits, coordinating with site representatives and assisting with documentation.
- Coordinate with other sales team members, site representatives to ensure a smooth and efficient sales process.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by Management.
- Provide regular sales reports, updates on leads, and performance metrics to the Management.
- Stay updated about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics.
- Any other work assigned from time to time by the management/Superiors.

**Job Specification/Qualifications and Skills**
- Proven experience in telesales, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Should have a good sense of humor and a high IQ level.
- Strong convincing skills are required along with sales skills.
- Customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
- Results-driven and self-motivated individual.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Knowledge of local real estate market trends and regulations is a plus.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
