**Job Summary**:
We are looking to hire an experienced, customer-oriented telesales executive to utilize inbound and outbound telephone calls to achieve sales targets. The telesales executive’s responsibilities include cross-selling or up-selling our products and services where possible, receiving incoming telephone calls, assisting with customer inquiries, as well as maintaining an accurate record of all calls made and received. You should be persuasive and able to work in a high-pressure environment. Telesales executives should be able to follow sales scripts as well as demonstrate exceptional communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.

**Responsibilities**:

- Contact potential customers via phone to promote and sell our products or services
- Doing a demonstration of the product.
- Deliver scripted sales pitches to customers and answer their questions about products or services
- Explain the features, advantages, and benefits of our products or services to customers
- Maintain a database of customer information and sales activities
- Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction with our products or services
- Handle customer complaints or objections in a professional and courteous manner
- Attend training sessions to improve knowledge and performance
- Work closely with the sales team to identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products or services
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth and efficient sales process
- Report daily, weekly and monthly sales activities to the sales manager
- **Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a telesales executive or similar sales/customer service role
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Proficient in using computer software such as MS Office, CRM software, etc.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is a plus.

**Experience**

Experience is preferred but freshers can also apply.

**CTC Offering**

1.20 LPA To 1.50 LPA.

**Job Type and Location**

The Job will be the Morning shift and an in-office job at the head office in Lucknow.

**Language**

Hindi and English fluency is a must.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Quarterly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
