**Job Summary**:
We are looking for dynamic and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Customer Support Executives for our International BPO process. The role involves providing exceptional service to international customers, resolving their queries, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Resolve customer inquiries efficiently and accurately.
- Provide product and service information, resolving complaints, and escalating issues when required.
- Meet and exceed performance targets, including productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction metrics.
- Update customer records accurately in the system after every interaction.
- Maintain a professional and empathetic attitude toward customers at all times.
- Stay updated with product and process knowledge through continuous learning.

**Required Skills**:

- Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Ability to handle customer queries under pressure with patience and professionalism.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
- Team player with the ability to work independently as well.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Prior experience in an international BPO or customer service role is a plus.
- Flexibility to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong interpersonal and active listening skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,792.17 - ₹30,000.00 per month
