OUR OFFICE IS 5 & 1 KM RESPECTIVELY ( or ) GET DOWN AT RAVIPURAM BUS STOP. **Core Responsibilities - Knowledge in**"Cisco dialing" - **System Setup & Configuration**: Install, configure, and upgrade hardware, software, operating systems (like Windows, Linux, Mac), and network components. - **Technical Support**: Provide end-user support, troubleshoot technical problems, and resolve issues for employees and other users of the IT systems. - **Security Management**: Implement and maintain security policies, manage user access, perform security tests, and protect against cyber threats. - **Data Management**: Perform regular data backups and manage user storage allocations to safeguard important data. - **User Account Management**: Create, modify, and delete user accounts, as well as manage their permissions and access rights within the network and systems. - **Documentation**: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, procedures, and update logs. **Key Skills & Qualifications** - **Technical Expertise**: Proficient in managing various operating systems, network protocols, and common hardware and software. - **Troubleshooting Skills**: Ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues quickly. - **Security Awareness**: Strong understanding of cybersecurity best practices and the ability to implement security measures effectively. - **Communication Skills**: Ability to clearly explain technical issues to non-technical users and document system details. - **Education**: Typically requires a degree in computer science, IT, or a related field, along with relevant certifications. **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹10,266.22 - ₹18,000.00 per month **Benefits**: - Health insurance - Provident Fund Work Location: In person **Speak with the employer** +91 9092420039
