**GEM EXECUTIVE / TENDER EXPERT**

**Job Responsibilities:

- **
- Experience of Handling GEM Portal, E-procurement.
- Knowledge of OEM Dashboard.
- Vendor Assessment.
- Should be handle buyer GEM Portal.
- Uploading the bid documents (Technical and financial) at Online E-procurement Portals and GEM Portal.
- Tender Search, Notification, Bid preparation and tender/Bid Submission through Manual/E-Tendering/GeM.
- Preparing tenders related queries and documents.
- Managing the entire bidding cycle till the submission of bid.
- To ensure that tender submissions are standardized in terms of format, font, logo, etc. and in line with customer’s tender requirements.
- L1 Comparison of Product On GEM Portal.
- Product Updation ,Stock Management ,Offer Price, Market Search and Incident management on GEM Portal.
- Bids and Tender Searching on Various Govt Portals.
- Upload Invoice and Update delivery details on GEM Portal.
- Bidding and Submission of BID and Tenders Uploading/Submitting the Documents in the ONLINE Platform.

**REQUIRED SKILLS:

- **
- Experience of GEM portal with bidding.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Sound Knowledge of GEM Processes and User - Interface Buyer Side and Seller Side.
- Familiar with the e Procurement process.
