DEF operates under an **Integrated Approach to ICT (IICT)** framework to address critical information and communication needs across various sectors. Its key priority verticals include: Access and Infrastructure, Education and Empowerment, Governance and Citizen Services, Market and Social Enterprise, Knowledge Hub and Network & Research and Advocacy.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create, optimize, and manage engaging product listings for platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, GeM, ONDC, etc.
- Upload high-quality product images that adhere to platform guidelines.
- Provide training to master trainers for further capacity-building programs.
- Conduct keyword research and implement high-performing keywords to enhance search rankings.
- Keep listings updated with accurate details such as pricing, stock availability, and product variations.
- Work closely with content, design, and technical teams to ensure listings are visually appealing, informative, and aligned with marketing strategies.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in e-commerce listing management, particularly on platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, ONDC, GeM, etc.

**Educational Qualification**:

- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in e-commerce analytics tools and familiarity with market trends.
- Knowledge of Excel and tools for data management and reporting.
- Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail.
