PURPOSE STATEMENT:
Role Purpose:
Finance leadership support and engage with global finance, commercial, manufacturing, GSM, and development teams to provide business analysis, decision support, financial modeling, systems development support, business team leadership for India operations.

**Key RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Provides finance expertise and decision support to business leaders in support of the division strategy, goals and objectives
- Identifies and assesses the financial implications (e.g., ROI, IRR) of new business opportunity. Recommends appropriate actions to maximize investment returns.
- Create/own comprehensive business model for next phase of business growth
- Monitors and identifies budget and forecast variances for the division and provides business leadership with insights and perspectives on appropriate actions required to address variances.
- Supports regional strategy teams, capacity planning decisions, business restructuring planning and execution.
- Serves as a bridge between the division and the Finance function to ensure division business requirements influence the Finance strategy and the Finance strategy is relevant to the division strategy
- Gain knowledge of global operational product/flows, translating activity into economic and financial analysis to support the business
- Work cross functionally with mfg, development, research and business team leaders; represent finance in business operations and leadership
- Coordinate budgeting, forecasting and monthly reporting for each business
- Analyze budget and forecast variances and recommend appropriate actions
- Review and work with division finance and commercial team to finalize transfer pricing for each business.
- Support EFM and Finance team on Internal Controls, Sarbanes Oxley compliance requirements.
- Support Finance Operations and ad-hoc projects on needed base.

**ADDITIONAL INFORMATION**:
**i. Context/Environment**:
The incumbent’s task is to bring business finance India tax, accounting, knowledge, experience balance and integrate with practices and policies.

**ii. Knowledge, Skills & Experience Required**:

- Chartered Accountant (C.A.) having 15 to 18 years’ experience in a multinational (preferably with American MNCs).
- Master in business administration (MBA) with Finance strongly preferred
- Legal Entity Finance Manager experience.
- Maturity in interactions, leadership qualities, confidence that others will follow, influential
- Networking in finance and non-finance teams, including relationship building with leaders

**iv. Key Success Factors**:

- Business Partner satisfaction - % favorable response of business leaders to Finance service quality, delivery, and business impact.
- Forecast Accuracy - NPAT and Cash flow compared to plan.
- Process Efficiency - Finance transaction cost as a percentage of sales, finance spending compared to budget/plan.
- Sarbanes Oxley process documentation and testing requirements, number of internal Sarbanes Oxley deficiencies, Aggregated, Material or significant, Quality of internal and clean external audit results within the entity.

Pay: ₹4,500,000.00 - ₹7,000,000.00 per year
