**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Source, evaluate, and select suppliers based on price, quality, service, and delivery timelines.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contracts with vendors to ensure cost-efficiency.
- Prepare and process purchase orders accurately in accordance with organizational policies and procedures.
- Monitor and track order status to ensure timely delivery and resolve any supply chain issues.
- Coordinate with internal departments (Production, Quality Control, Inventory) to assess material requirements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of purchases, pricing, deliveries, and inventory levels.
- Evaluate supplier performance on a regular basis and recommend improvements or alternatives as necessary.
- Ensure full compliance with company procurement standards and documentation requirements.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Commerce, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and ERP software (e.g., Tally, SAP, or equivalent).
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
