- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Transaction Server (MTS) and related technologies.

- Experience with scripting and automation for MTS administration tasks.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in system administration, especially with MTS, is highly desirable.
- Experience with other Microsoft technologies, such as.NET and SQL Server, is a plus.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**MTS System Administration**:

- Install, configure, and maintain Microsoft Transaction Server software and components.
- Monitor MTS systems for performance, security, and availability.

**Application Deployment and Management**:
**Security and Access Control**:

- Regularly update and patch MTS systems to protect against security vulnerabilities.

**Performance Optimization**:

- Monitor resource utilization and identify areas for improvement.

**Documentation**:

- Maintain documentation of MTS configurations, procedures, and best practices.
- Create and update documentation for troubleshooting common MTS issues.

**Backup and Recovery**:

- Test and verify backup and disaster recovery procedures.

**Collaboration and Support**:

- Provide technical support and guidance to development teams using MTS.
