Roles We are looking for a SQL Server DBA. As a SQL Server DBA (or Database Administrator), we want a candidate who can manage SQL Server databases and master in writing SQL queries. Also, be proficient in designing tables, storing procedures, views and functions, and documenting functionality. Responsibilities Install and configure SQL ServerDocumenting and maintaining software functionalityAnalyze, solve, and correct issues in real timeAssist developers with query tuning and schema refinementThink logically when solving complex business challengesInterface and communicate with customersIntegrating software components into fully functional software systemsProvide suggestions for solutionsAdvise the customer on best practicesImplement best practices on Microsoft SQL Server Databases and ServersParticipate in migrations for customersContinue to learn new skills involved in being a SQL Server DBA as the technology evolvesKeep up to date with new releases of Microsoft SQL Server.Implement and upgrade database management system as business needs demandPerform ongoing support on database issues and ticket management Key Responsibilities:Customer Interaction: Interact with customers via phone, email, and chat to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide assistance.Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve customer problems with a focus on first -contact resolution. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.Product Knowledge: Develop a strong understanding of our products/services to address customer queries effectively and provide accurate information.Documentation: Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and resolutions.Customer Feedback: Gather customer feedback and insights to contribute to continuous improvement in our products and services.
