Snr. Server

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Server Administration**:

- Manage and maintain complex server environments, including Windows and Linux servers.
- Implement and manage virtualization technologies like Hyper-V, VMware, and containerization solutions (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Perform system backups, disaster recovery planning, and business continuity planning.
- Monitor server infrastructure, proactively identify and resolve issues, and optimize performance.

**Cloud Infrastructure**:

- Design, implement, and manage cloud-based solutions on platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Migrate workloads to the cloud and optimize cloud resources.

**Database Administration**:

- Administer and troubleshoot Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL, and other database systems.
- Optimize database performance, security, and backup strategies.
- Implement database high-availability and disaster recovery solutions.

**Security**:

- Implement and enforce security best practices, including access controls, vulnerability management, and incident response.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest security threats and vulnerabilities.

**Troubleshooting**:

- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues related to server and cloud infrastructure.
- Provide timely and effective solutions to minimize system downtime.

**Team Leadership**:

- Mentor and guide junior team members.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Conduct regular training sessions to share technical expertise and best practices, empowering team members to excel in their roles.
- Conduct performance reviews, providing constructive feedback to help team members identify areas for improvement and set development goals.

**Required Skills and Experience**:

- Strong proficiency in Cloud, Windows & Linux Server environments.
- In-depth knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Experience with virtualization technologies (Hyper-V, VMware).
- Database administration skills (SQL Server, MySQL).
- Scripting skills (PowerShell, Bash, Python).
- Strong understanding of networking concepts and protocols.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in the web hosting industry is preferred.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., MCSA, MCSE, CCNA, CCNP) are a plus.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
