**Job description**

Venkateshwara Construction is a real estate firm based in Kolhapur. We are currently hiring for a Real Estate Sales Executive for its LORDS VISTA project, located in Shahupuri, Kolhapur.

Monthly salary and incentive on every sale. Prior experience in real estate sales is a MUST.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Contacting and following up with new prospective clients and setting up site visits

2. Convert prospects into customers by providing a tour of the building, show flat, vacant shops and other amenities

3. Plan approaches and pitches, online listing, social media handling of project accounts, offline marketing required.

4. Build relationships with new clients

5. Attending existing clients at site and coordinating with them on the phone, handling incoming enquiry calls, preparing daily lead generation report, sourcing, CRM, following up with leads, preparing prospect list networking

6. Communicate with brokers and online enquiries

7. Addressing any queries, doubts of the prospective buyers to maintain a healthy and professional approach

9. Cold calling leads to inform them of our offering, and provide them an overview

10. Participate in Negotiation meeting with buyer & developer

**Qualification**
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Be able to communicate verbally in Marathi, Hindi
- BBA/MBA Preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel Prior experience in real estate sales is a plus point

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
