**Key Responsibilities**
- **UI/UX Design**:

- Conduct user research, usability testing, and create user personas, wireframes, and prototypes.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
- Stay updated with the latest UI/UX design trends and best practices.
- **Graphic Design**:

- Design logos, branding materials, and style guides.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to produce creative concepts for campaigns.
- Maintain consistency in visual design across all platforms and materials.
- **Collaboration & Communication**:

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver on deadlines.
- Present design concepts and iterate based on feedback from stakeholders.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer and Graphic Designer (portfolio required).
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Figma, Sketch, or similar.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and responsive design.
- Experience with prototyping tools like Figma, InVision, or Axure.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus but not required.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Creative thinking and attention to detail.

**Preferred Skills**
- Experience with motion graphics or animation tools like After Effects.
- Familiarity with design systems and version control tools (e.g., Zeplin, Abstract).
- Basic understanding of accessibility standards in design (e.g., WCAG).

Pay: ₹10,843.93 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
