Job Title: Graphic Designer / UI UX Designer

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement user interface and user experience design strategies for various digital products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather user requirements and translate them into design concepts.
- Design and implement graphic user interface elements, including menus, tabs, and widgets.
- Conduct usability testing and iterate on designs based on user feedback.
- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs by working closely with developers.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in UI UX design.
- Create original graphic designs for various digital products, such as images, sketches, and tables.
- Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders.
- Identify and troubleshoot UX problems, such as responsiveness and layout adjustments based on user feedback.
- Adhere to style standards on typography, colors, and images.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in design, computer science, or a related field.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience as Graphic designer for digital products or services.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Proven work experience as a UI UX Designer or similar role.
- Portfolio of design projects.
- Knowledge of wireframe tools.
- Up-to-date knowledge of design software like Adobe Illustrator, Corel Draw and Photoshop.
- Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
- Good time-management skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

- Bachelor's (preferred)

- CSS: 1 year (preferred)
