**Requirements**:

- Diploma or degree in UI/UX Design, Graphic Design, HCI, or a related field.
- Proficient in Figma; experience with tools like Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar is a plus.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles is an advantage.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX skills and design thinking.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced IT environment with cross-functional teams.
- Menus, tabs, and widgets are examples of graphic user interface elements.
- Make page navigation buttons and search fields.
- Create UI mockups and prototypes that clearly show how sites work and look.
- Make unique graphic designs.
- Rough draughts should be prepared and presented to internal teams and key stakeholders
- Identify and resolve UX issues.
- Make layout changes based on user feedback. Follow font, color, and image style guidelines.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Evaluate and collect all user requirements, and collaborate with Developers and Managers.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to gather and evaluate client requirements.
- Create user flows, wireframes, sitemaps, and storyboards to effectively communicate design concepts.
- Design and prototype user interface elements such as menus, tabs, buttons, forms, and widgets.
- Develop high-fidelity UI mockups that demonstrate functionality and visual aesthetics
- Ensure designs align with technical requirements and are feasible for implementation.
- Present and defend design ideas and prototypes to stakeholders and internal teams.
- Conduct usability testing and iterate on designs based on client feedback.
- Identify UX problems and recommend intuitive solutions.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement.
- Maintain design consistency by following brand guidelines for color, typography, and layout.
- Contribute to the creation of design systems and reusable components.
