**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement quality management systems and procedures to ensure consistent product quality.
- Lead and supervise a team of QA/QC personnel, providing guidance and training.
- Conduct regular quality audits, inspections, and testing of raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products.
- Monitor and report on quality performance metrics.
- Handle non-conformance and customer complaints related to quality, initiating corrective actions as necessary.
- Ensure compliance with internal and external quality standards (ISO, HACCP, etc.).
- Collaborate with other departments (Production, R&D, etc.) to resolve quality-related issues.
- Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to quality management.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Microbiology, or related field.
- 3-7 years of experience in a QA/QC role in the FMCG industry, preferably in food or beverage manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of quality standards and regulations.
- Experience with quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, HACCP).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
