**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure the quality of software products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and business analysts to understand project requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
- Document test results, defects, and issues in a clear and concise manner, utilizing bug tracking tools as necessary.
- Participate in the design and implementation of test automation frameworks and scripts to streamline testing processes.
- Execute automated test suites and analyze test results to identify potential areas for improvement.
- Continuously evaluate and enhance testing methodologies, tools, and processes to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
- Provide timely and accurate feedback to stakeholders regarding the quality of software releases and potential risks.

**Mandatory Skills**:

- Strong understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and techniques.
- Experience in creating and executing test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
- Proficiency in identifying, isolating, and documenting software defects.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple testing tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, both verbal and written.
- **Hands-on experience with test automation tools/frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, or Appium.**
- **Proficiency in programming/scripting languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.**
- **Familiarity with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines and tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Travis CI.**
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to debug automated test scripts.
- Knowledge of test automation best practices and design patterns.
- Understanding of version control systems such as Git for managing test code repositories.

**Education and Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Experience in software quality assurance/testing roles.
- Experience in manual testing and automation testing.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
