**Minimum Job Requirements**

**Educational Qualification**:

- Graduate with Diploma in Computer Application, BSA, BSC(Comp. Sc) etc**Experience**:

- 2-3 years**Any additional requirement**:

- Knowledge of Excel using pivot, v look-up, h look-up, conditional formatting,index,match,if/and,if/or,sumif,concatenate,upper,lower,proper**Purpose of the Position (Job Summary)**
- Making reports related to stock, stock transfer, NOD, deliveries etc**Key Roles and Responsibilities**

**Financial**
- To undertake consolidation & compilation activity as per AOP norms.
- To prepare of MIS & compilation of variances (if any).

**Customer Oriented**
- To prepare
- Brand Growth Comparison Report
- Category In charge performance report
- Vendor Performance Analysis Report
- To analyses all available data for the purpose of Management Discussion and Analysis.
- To prepare presentation for functional review.

**People Oriented**
- Co-ordination with CI’s

**Internal Business Process**
- To prepare daily, weekly, monthly outsourcing related MIS. Such as:

- Production Tracking
- Forecasting
- Market Share Analysis etc..
