**Education**: Diploma in relative discipline or its equivalent.

**Experience **:Minimum 7 years’ experience in Tool Room with at least 3 years of experience as supervisor level in mechanical maintenance of Oil & Gas /Power plant Industry.

of tools and consumable required for repair and maintenance activities on

site

**Role Summary**:
Overall stock control and management of the tool room for the

organization including the development, performance and maintenance of

the tool room and stock control to produce smooth and efficient system

and delivery solution, maximizing performance & profitability against pre
- agreed targets and control.

Supervise/Manage the running and plan activities of the tool room facilities

and toolmakers, ensuring the tool room is a safe environment in line with

health, safety and environmental requirements.

Maximize the use of all resources, including IT and database maintenance

for tracking all tools, implementing a planned schedule of maintenance

and repair activity to ensure a computerized log is kept on faults and

service history of tools.

Implement storage of tools to facilitate highest standards within the

department for good housekeeping, health, safety and environmental

Ensure all stock items, tool inserts and spares are organised.

Ensuring that the team understands the mechanism of the tool room and

their role within the organisation and the duties of your team.

Undertake continuous training and development and Contribute to training

and development of the team and organisation as a whole.

Stay current and up to date on any changes that may affect the tool room

products, materials and advise others of any impact

Develop, implement and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) for

each area of responsibility and ensure Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

are met by working to the overall plan, including management of, and

reporting.

Effective liaison, support and assistance with the whole of the organisation

Maintain and improve mechanisms for running the tool room, including

surveying and measuring the stock levels and delivery, process, outcomes

and expenditure and disseminating feedback to the appropriate internal

entities.

Manage and lead the team, ensuring adequate staffing levels, managing

holiday leave cover training, development, appraisal, attendance,

disciplinary issues and daily supervision to maximise efficient productivity

Motivate and coach the team to operational success, Monitor the

completion of tasks and ensure good performance and record on

appropriate systems.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
