**Job Title: Supervisor - Highway & Structure / Leveler**

**Location**:Thuravoor, Kerala

**Experience Required**:Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in highway and structural construction projects.

**Qualifications**:12th Pass or Graduate.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and manage construction activities related to highways and structures, including major and minor bridges, culverts, RE walls, toe walls, and drainage systems.
- Execute leveling and surveying tasks, ensuring precise alignment, gradients, and elevations for the project.
- Use leveling instruments and tools to establish reference points for construction and ensure accuracy in structural works.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and site teams to ensure smooth progress of the project.
- Monitor and maintain safety protocols on-site and ensure adherence to regulatory standards.
- Prepare daily progress reports and maintain proper documentation for project records.

**Skills and Expertise**:

- Proficient in supervising structural works related to highways and bridges.
- Expertise in leveling and surveying for construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction practices, materials, and equipment.
- Ability to interpret project drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to manage site teams effectively.

**Additional Requirements**:

- Willingness to join on short notice.
- Ready to work on-site and manage field operations independently.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹36,000.00 per month
