Responsibilities
- Expertise in both IT and Non-IT recruitment.
- Communicate with the Client and act as a back-up for the Account Manager.
- Provide recruiting status updates to Recruiting Leadership including sourcing/recruiting challenges/issues.
- Facilitate the offer process by extending the offer and manage onboarding and new hire process.
- Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices.
- As a Team Lead, this resource will mentor and coach the junior recruiters.
- Responsible for distributing information to team members and determining the goals that the members will work toward.
- Partner with Account Managers to qualify technical requirements with hiring managers and lead the team in relevant search strings.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 4 years of recruiting experience preferred, both IT and Non-IT US Recruitment.
- Lead other junior recruiters as Recruiting team grows.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
- Working knowledge of applicant tracking and HRIS systems.
- Ability to work with Cross functional Teams (HR, Payroll, Accounts Team).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods.
- Familiar with a wide variety of sourcing tools.
- Demonstrated ability to establish effective and cooperative working relationships.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Comfortable making decisions independently.

**Salary**: ₹150,413.60 - ₹672,089.05 per year
