We are currently seeking a dynamic and driven Area Sales Officer to join our sales team and contribute to our growth in **Anugul** and their border districts.
- As a Sales Officer at Ruchak India Snacks, you will play a critical role in achieving and surpassing sales targets within your designated area.
- You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key stakeholders, driving product visibility, and ensuring the availability of Ruchak snacks in the market.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Actively identify and pursue new sales opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and lead generation activities.
- Identify, appoint, and manage distributors within your area. Monitor their performance, support them in achieving sales targets, and ensure timely product deliveries.
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan for the assigned territory, focusing on maximizing market penetration and achieving sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Develop a deep understanding of our products/services and effectively communicate their value proposition to customers.
- Work closely with other departments, such as marketing and customer service, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
