**Reports To**: Finance Manager

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist with data entry and maintaining accurate financial records
- Support the preparation of invoices, bills, and financial statements
- Handle basic accounting transactions including journal entries and bank reconciliations
- Assist in accounts payable and receivable processes
- Help in maintaining general ledger and supporting month-end and year-end closing activities
- Support audits, both internal and external
- Maintain documentation and filing of accounting records
- Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance reporting
- Learn and use accounting software and ERP systems
- Perform other administrative or accounting tasks as needed

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- B.Com / M.Com / BBA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Eagerness to learn and grow in the accounting domain

**Preferred Qualifications (Optional)**:

- Internship or project experience in accounting/finance is a plus
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, and other Indian taxation basics

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:
