We are looking for a highly motivated and creative field recruiter with a unique blend of recruitment, bulk hiring and strong analytical abilities with a background in the logistics industry. You will play a pivotal role in developing and executing recruitment strategies. Proficiency in SAP/Odoo or any other crm software is essential for this role.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Develop recruitment strategies with hiring managers.
- Collaborate with hiring Manager and HR partners.
- Support on-boarding process for new hires.
- Blue collar or Ground staff hiring.

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience as a Talent Acquisition Executive/Recruiter.
- Ground level staff hiring exposure.
- Ready to go in field for hiring purpose.
- Proficient in sourcing methods and recruitment tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Looking for a career in HR - Recruitment domain.
- Non IT recruitment exposure.
- Task and deadline oriented.

**Required Qualifications**:
Bachelors or Masters degree in HR or related field.

Proven track record of successful recruitment target achievement within the cargo, logistics, or transportation industry.

Strong verbal and written communication, interpersonal and human resource skills.

Experience of upto four years in Warehousing/Logistics hiring as human resource asset.

Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
