**Job description**

**Requirements**:

- Proven working experience as a business development executive in IT Software firm.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Excellent English communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build rapport
- Time management and planning skills
- Comfortable in night shifts (US shift)

**Responsibilities**:

- Should be an individual contributor
- Does regular follow ups
- Generate and close leads for self and for the team.
- Take client calls and close business deals individually.

**Experience**: 0 - 3 yrs (Freshers can also apply)

5 days working

**Shift timings**:5 PM to 2 AM
