**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create and manage **LinkedIn profiles** (personal & company-based).
- Perform **daily outreach** to connect with potential leads (entrepreneurs, small business owners, decision-makers, etc.).
- Send **personalized connection requests and follow-up messages**.
- Engage with relevant content (likes, comments, shares) to increase visibility.
- Create and schedule **content posts** (2-3 per week) to grow brand awareness.
- Join relevant **LinkedIn groups** and actively participate in discussions.
- Generate **leads for services** such as Website Design, SEO, SMO, and Digital Marketing.
- Maintain **daily report logs** on outreach, responses, and conversions.
- Coordinate with the sales team for demo bookings and follow-ups.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in LinkedIn lead generation or social media marketing.
- Strong understanding of LinkedIn's platform and features.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in lead management tools.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
