**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create and optimize LinkedIn profiles for key team members and the company.
- Develop and execute LinkedIn lead generation strategies.
- Conduct targeted searches to identify and qualify prospects.
- Craft compelling messages to initiate conversations and build relationships.
- Manage and track leads.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align efforts with business goals.
- Stay updated on LinkedIn's features and best practices.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in LinkedIn lead generation or social media marketing.
- Strong understanding of LinkedIn's platform and features.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in lead management tools.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
