**We are coming up with India's Biggest Fashion School & Talents Agency (11000sqft) in Chinar Park, New Town, Kolkata.**

Fashion TV are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing & PR Executive to join our team. The Marketing & PR Executive will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services

**MUST BE FEMALE**

**Key Responsibilities**

1) Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure their continued satisfaction and loyalty.

2) Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

3) Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services to existing clients.

4) Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and customer support, to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to clients.

5) Conduct regular account reviews with clients to assess their needs, identify areas for improvement, and offer solutions to enhance their experience.

6) Generate market leads/requirements to support SOPA team in terms of Talent placements

7) Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to provide insights and recommendations to clients.

8) Prepare and present reports on client performance, satisfaction levels, and revenue forecasts to management.

9) Handled Brand managing.

**Education & Experience Requirements**:
Graduate in Mass Communication & Journalism, Master's also Preferred.

3 years professional experience in Marketing & PR Executive preferred.

Detail-oriented with exceptional office skills, required.

Excellent organization, communication, and interpersonal skills, required.

Ability to handle the existing & upcoming clients with professionalism, and confidentiality, which is required.

**Must be from any of the Production Houses or Add Agencies etc**
