Job Role:
Prepares BOQ (Bill of Quantities) including breakdown of joinery materials

Quantity take-off and material take off for each item listed in the BOQ.

Prepares design proposal using AutoCad Application

Prepares product proposal for clients reviews

Maintain an effective communication network and healthy relationships with the client base

Obtain a detailed design and specification from the Designers or Consultants if it is not available from the tender documents received.

Assist in the analysis of tender documents and provide interpretations of the ontract documents (drawings with specifications) and formulate RFI if necessary.

Develop cost estimate base from detailed tender documents (drawings, BOQ and specification) from the client or consultant.

Quantity take-off and detailed estimation for each item listed in the BOQ using Plan Swift Application.

Prepares detailed material breakdown analysis using updated current market prices using Excel sheet Application with detailed formatting.
