Roles and Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors and clients as they arrive at the office.
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person or department.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
- Maintain the reception area in a tidy and presentable condition.
- Manage and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings for staff.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining office supplies.
- Provide general information about the company and answer inquiries from visitors and callers.
- Handle inquiries from students and provide information about the available courses.
- Educate students on course details, schedules, and enrollment procedures.
**Requirements**:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Telugu, Hindi, and English.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office.
- Professional appearance and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is preferred but not required.
