Job Purpose

The Internal Control Executive will be responsible for evaluating, monitoring, and improving the company’s internal control systems to ensure compliance with statutory requirements, regulatory guidelines, and internal policies. The role involves assisting in risk assessments, internal audits, and process improvements to safeguard company assets and ensure operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in designing, implementing, and monitoring internal control systems across departments.
- Conduct regular reviews and testing of internal processes to identify control gaps.
- Support in conducting risk assessments and recommending appropriate mitigation measures.
- Prepare and maintain documentation of internal control procedures, audit findings, and follow-up actions.
- Assist in internal audits and ensure timely closure of audit observations.
- Liaise with different teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including RBI and statutory guidelines.
- Track and monitor compliance with company policies and operational SOPs.
- Support the management in strengthening governance and risk management frameworks.
- Maintain updated knowledge of industry regulations, accounting standards, and best practices.

**Education**:
Inter CA (CA Intermediate) - Mandatory.

Additional certifications in audit, compliance, or risk management will be an advantage.

**Experience**:
1-3 years of experience in internal audit, internal control, or compliance in BFSI / financial services sector preferred.

**Skills**:
Strong understanding of accounting principles, auditing standards, and internal control frameworks.

Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and Word.

Analytical and detail-oriented approach.

Good communication and report writing skills.
