**Responsibilities**:
Develop and implement marketing strategies to achieve business goals.

Create eye-catching and effective marketing materials, including posts, videos, and other visual content.

Manage and maintain social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram.

Create and publish engaging content, including text, image, and video posts.

Optimize social media campaigns for the targeted audience and lead generation.

Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, and adjust strategies accordingly.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and customer service, to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all platforms. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media and digital marketing.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in any field. Marketing, Communications, or a related field ideal.

2+ years of experience in digital marketing, social media management or related fields.

Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and advertising options.

Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite and Canva Experience with social media scheduling and analytics tools like Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or Buffer

Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

**Salary**: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
