We are seeking dynamic and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Education counsellor. As a Education counsellor, you will play a crucial role in promoting our organization's programs within educational institutions, fostering student engagement, and enhancing our brand presence on campus.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Promotion of Programs**:

- Act as a representative of our organization on campus to promote our programs, events, and initiatives.
- Utilize various channels, including social media, posters, and word-of-mouth, to create awareness.

**2. Prospective Student Engagement**:

- Provide detailed information about academic programs, admission requirements, and campus facilities.

**3. Application Assistance**:

- Guide applicants through any additional steps, such as interviews or portfolio submissions.

**4. Admissions Consultation**:

- Conduct one-on-one consultations with prospective students to understand their educational goals, interests, and career aspirations.
- Provide personalized guidance on suitable programs based on individual profiles.

**5. Follow-Up**:

- Follow up with prospective students to ensure they have the necessary information and support throughout the admissions process.
- Communicate admission decisions and assist admitted students with enrollment procedures.

**6. Data Management**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of interactions with prospective students.
- Generate reports on admission statistics, trends, and areas for improvement.

**7. Event Coordination**:

- Plan and execute on-campus events, workshops, and information sessions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and strategies.

**8. Lead Generation**:

- Required to do cold-calling to student and generate leads.
- Generate leads via social media channels such as Instagram, Facebook & Linkedin

**9. Social Media Engagement**:

- Leverage social media platforms to engage with students, share updates, and create a sense of community.
- Generate user-generated content to showcase the student experience with our organization.

**10. Reporting**:

- Provide regular reports on campus activities, engagement metrics, and feedback collected.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to analyze the effectiveness of on-campus initiatives.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
