Key Responsibilities
- **Prospective Student Guidance**:

- Provide detailed information about academic programs, admission requirements, financial aid, scholarships, and campus life.
- **Recruitment and Outreach**:

- Participate in college fairs, school visits, and community events to promote the institution and attract prospective students.
- Develop and maintain relationships with high school counselors, community organizations, and other educational institutions.
- Conduct campus tours and host information sessions for prospective students and their families.
- **Application Review and Evaluation**:

- Conduct interviews with applicants to assess their qualifications and fit for the institution.
- Make recommendations for admission decisions to the admissions committee.
- **Record Keeping and Reporting**:

- Ensure compliance with all institutional policies and regulations regarding admissions.
- **Collaboration and Professional Development**:

- Work collaboratively with other admissions staff, faculty, and departments to support the enrollment goals of the institution.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with trends and best practices in admissions and student recruitment.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, Marketing, or a related field.
- **Experience**:

- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in admissions, student recruitment, or a related role.
- Experience in a higher education setting is preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
