Tee Labs T-Shirt Company is a reliable and professional custom apparel and promotional product provider. Our in-house team of designers ensures exacting standards and tireless attention to detail for our customers. We use screen/digital/sublimation printing for orders of any size, and our widespread supply chain ensures ease and efficiency from design to delivery.
**Role Description**
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing timely and accurate information to customers, resolving customer inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem solving.
**Job Summary**
- Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability
- Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs
- Work on generating inquiries, coordinate and follow up with leads till final sales closure
**Required Experience and Qualifications**
Marketing and Sales: 1 - 3 Yrs, Any Bachelor's Degree
English (Must) and Tamil
Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
**Benefits**
Salary : Rs.20,000 to 25,000/- + Incentive
**Job Type**: Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
