**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Manage the reception area effectively.
- Greet and assist visitors upon arrival.
- Make travel arrangements and bookings through the travel desk.
- Managing Couriers.
- Manage intercom systems for effective communication.
- Perform basic administrative duties as required. Should have good verbal and written communication skills.
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule meetings and appointments, and provide reminders

**Qualifications**
- Graduation in any field with 1 year of relevant experience in a similar capacity.
- Good reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language.
- Ability to work effectively and contribute in a team

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
