**Key Responsibilities**:

- **In-Line Quality Inspections**:

- Conduct quality checks on garments at various stages of the production line to ensure they meet the required standards.
- Inspect for defects such as incorrect stitching, fabric flaws, color discrepancies, and fitting issues.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain detailed records of inspection findings and report any recurring defects or production issues.
- Prepare daily quality reports and share feedback with the production team for immediate correction.
- **Monitor Compliance with Quality Standards**:

- Ensure that all garments comply with company and client specifications, as well as industry regulations.
- Verify that workmanship adheres to quality guidelines and report any deviations.
- **Coordination with Production Team**:

- Work closely with line supervisors and sewing operators to communicate quality expectations and feedback.
- Provide guidance to production staff on quality requirements and improvement techniques.
- **Defect Analysis and Corrective Actions**:

- Identify the root cause of defects and collaborate with the production team to implement corrective measures.
- Recommend process adjustments to enhance product quality and reduce errors.
- Review initial samples to ensure they meet specifications before bulk production begins.
- Approve or reject initial garments and coordinate any necessary changes with the design or production teams.
- **Final Output Assurance**:

- Conduct final inspections on finished products as they come off the production line to confirm they are ready for packaging and shipment.
- Tag or isolate defective garments and ensure they are addressed before delivery.
- **Adherence to Safety Practices**:

- Follow all safety protocols while performing quality checks and ensure that inspected garments comply with safety standards.

**Essential Skills**:

- **Attention to Detail**: Ability to identify minute defects and inconsistencies in garments.
- **Knowledge of Garment Construction**: Understanding of sewing, stitching, and general garment-making techniques.
- **Communication**: Strong verbal communication skills for effectively conveying feedback to production staff.
- **Problem-Solving**: Ability to identify and troubleshoot quality issues quickly.
- **Record-Keeping**: Proficiency in documenting inspection results and creating reports.
- **Team Collaboration**: Ability to work collaboratively with production staff and management.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent; additional coursework in têxtile or apparel quality control is a plus.
- **Experience**: 2-3 years of experience in quality control within the garment or têxtile industry.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
