Position Customer Support Officer

Language Preference - English, Tamil

Work from Office.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Help in improving processes that always optimize the better customer experience.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and work towards any solution ideal for the issue.
- Must gain product understanding for assisting customers thoroughly to resolve their issues.
- Understand customer pain points and highlight their feature requests to improve the

product.
- Very Strong written and verbal presentation/communication skills.
- Should be an active listener.
- Enthusiastic and energetic - willing to work in a dynamic and fast-growing start-up.
- Ability to maintain high standards of work, in high-pressure situations
- Identify customers needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions

and/or alternatives.
- Experience tracking and analyzing case progress.
- 1-4 years of work experience Preferably in the Financial Lending Domain.
- Willing to learn new things and pro-activeness.
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.
- Highly customer-centric.
- Fluency in English, Tamil, and any other regional language would require.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Morning shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bengaluru - 560102, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:
