Roles and Responsibilities
Help in improving processes that always optimize the better customer experience.
Collaborate with stakeholders and work towards any solution ideal for the issue.
Must gain product understanding for assisting customers thoroughly to resolve their issues.
Understand customer pain points and highlight their feature requests to improve the
product.
Very Strong written and verbal presentation/communication skills.
Should be an active listener.
Enthusiastic and energetic - willing to work in a dynamic and fast-growing start-up.
Ability to maintain high standards of work, in high-pressure situations
Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions
and/or alternatives.
Experience tracking and analyzing case progress.
3-4 years of work experience Preferably in the Financial Lending Domain.
Willing to learn new things and pro-activeness.
Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.
Highly customer-centric.
Fluency in English, Hindi, and any other regional language would require.
Immediate joiners are preferred.
**Salary**: From ₹30,000.00 per month
