**Job Title**: Front Office Executive-FEMALE ONLY

**Job Purpose**:
To serve as the first point of contact for parents, visitors, and students, ensuring a warm and professional front-desk experience while efficiently handling administrative and communication tasks.

**Key Responsibilities**:Reception & Visitor Management**
- Greet parents, students, staff, and visitors courteously and professionally.
- Maintain a visitor logbook and issue visitor passes.
- Manage student pick-up/drop-off coordination with security and class teachers.

**Telephone & Communication**
- Answer and route incoming phone calls in a polite and efficient manner.
- Deliver messages to staff and students accurately and promptly.

**Administrative Support**
- Maintain records of attendance, gate passes, ID cards, and courier dispatch/receipts.
- Manage front office supplies and stationery.
- Assist with printing, filing, and documentation as needed.

**Coordination**
- Liaise with housekeeping, transport, and security teams for smooth day-to-day operations.
- Coordinate with academic and non-academic departments for event support, parent meetings, etc.

**Record-Keeping & Data Entry**
- Support in updating student and staff databases as required.
- Maintain updated contact lists for emergency communication.

**Requirements: Education & Experience**:

- Graduate in any stream.
- 2-4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an educational institution.

**Skills**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication (English & local language).
- Pleasant personality with a courteous and professional demeanor.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.

**Working Hours**:
Monday to Saturday

8am to 5pm

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
